Geoff Wilcken’s arrangement of the Kansas state song as performed by
the Lawrence Civic Choir at To the stars: our Kansas choral heritage
on April 28, 2001. The choir subsequently has performed this piece on
numerous occasions including a special October 2001 midseason concert
at Corpus Christi Church, an impromtu "concert" at Mount Vernon
during the choir’s fall 2001 National Cathedral trip, and a summer 2002
mini-concert at the Lawrence Relay For Life event.
